About the role
You will own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline and conversion across B2C, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Workforce segments. You will partner tightly with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to translate product value into on-brand, deployable campaigns. You will build and ship multi-channel campaigns including email, web, paid, and organic channels from brief to launch. You will own the integrated campaign calendar and manage campaign QA, asset trafficking, and post-launch reporting on a recurring cadence. You will draft and edit short-form marketing copy such as emails, landing pages, social posts, ad copy, and sales enablement collateral. You will turn vertical messaging from Product Marketing into deployable, on-brand assets across all customer-facing channels.

What you'll do
- Build and ship multi-channel campaigns, email, web, paid, organic, from brief to launch, in partnership with Product Marketing and Field Marketing.
- Own the integrated campaign calendar and coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure on-time execution.
- Manage campaign QA, asset trafficking, and post-launch reporting on a recurring cadence to track performance and inform decisions.
- Draft and edit short-form marketing copy including emails, landing pages, social posts, ad copy, and sales enablement collateral.
- Turn vertical messaging from Product Marketing into deployable, on-brand assets across channels to ensure consistent positioning.
- Maintain the marketing content library and keep messaging consistent across campaigns and verticals to support scalable production.
- Build campaign extensions of Field Marketing's event programs including pre-event nurtures, on-site follow-ups, and post-event content tracks.
- Support Sales with one-off enablement by creating email templates, follow-up sequences, vertical-specific one-pagers, and decks.
- Help operationalize ABM plays in partnership with Sales and MarOps as the motion matures and programs scale.
- Track campaign performance against pipeline, engagement, and conversion KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and creative and synthesize results into documented learnings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate and optimize campaigns based on performance data and business feedback.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. You must have at least three years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, or a related role. You must have hands-on experience executing email, web, and digital campaigns in a B2B environment. You must be comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution from strategy through launch and optimization. You must have strong written communication skills and be able to produce clear, concise, and on-brand copy for multiple channels. You must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must be comfortable working in an in-office full-time role with presence at one of our offices in McLean, VA; Mountain View, CA; New York City, NY; or Tampa, FL. You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
Experience with identity, authentication, or government technology is preferred. Familiarity with compliance and public sector workflows is a plus. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is preferred. Knowledge of ABM methodologies and sales engagement best practices is a plus. Familiarity with content libraries and messaging frameworks is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office role.
