Account Executive, Commerce & Loyalty

About the role

ID.me is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue for our Commerce & Loyalty division. You will manage a territory of enterprise retailers and ecommerce brands, helping them implement identity verification to boost customer acquisition and protect margins.

What you'll do

• Execute a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed bookings goals.
• Conduct in-person field visits to build executive relationships and advance deals.
• Manage a pipeline of enterprise retail and ecommerce prospects.
• Perform consultative discovery to identify business needs regarding fraud prevention and conversion lift.
• Present the commercial value of ID.me verification and distribution to stakeholders.
• Navigate complex procurement processes and competitive market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying, hunter sales role.
• Proven history of hitting sales targets as a top performer.
• Experience selling technology to top internet retailers.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, MarTech, and performance marketing budgets.
• Background working with apparel, consumer electronics, home goods, or sports and outdoors sectors.
• Track record of closing deals with ACVs between $100k and $1m.
• Experience managing sales cycles lasting 6 to 12 months.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Training in formal sales methodologies such as Command of the Sale or Message.
