About the role
This position focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for ensuring these clients, including health systems, hospitals, and payers, continue to find value in our services and achieve their objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a group of established healthcare accounts, acting as the main point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Develop and implement plans to increase client satisfaction and revenue by identifying new opportunities for value.
- Cultivate strong connections with senior leaders within client organizations, such as CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leads.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate the impact of our solutions and explore additional use cases.
- Work with internal departments like Product, Sales, and Legal to ensure client success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upsells and cross-sells.
- Provide internal teams with client feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- Monitor client account health and proactively address any potential risks to ensure retention.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex accounts in health systems, hospitals, or payer organizations.
- Demonstrated success in retaining clients and increasing account value, ideally in a quota-driven role.
- Experience building relationships with IT and clinical executives.
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems, including EMRs, patient portals, and interoperability.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and programs related to identity and privacy.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance account management tasks.
- Ability to navigate regulated industries and complex procurement processes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.

- Experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, authentication, or fraud prevention solutions.
- Background in high-growth or venture-backed technology companies.
