Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the founders of Dioptra within a small, dedicated product and engineering team.
- Develop and enhance front-end user experiences that showcase advanced AI functionalities.
- Create user-friendly, high-quality interfaces for leading global companies, including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Mercedes-Benz.
- Take on significant responsibility and influence in shaping user experience and product strategy.
- Contribute to the enterprise legal technology sector during a transformative period, with the potential to impact AI application at scale.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with startup environments is advantageous.
- Ability to tackle complex challenges in dynamic and uncertain settings.
- Desire to make a substantial impact as an early team member.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, such as cursor or codex.
- Professional experience with essential technologies, including client and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, CI/CD, Git, and Generative AI models from OpenAI or Anthropic.
Salary Range And Description
Minimum $175,000
Maximum $250,000 USD annually
We are open to considering candidates at various experience levels, which accounts for the wide salary range. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and qualifications. The package also includes an annual bonus target and equity options.
