Data Analyst - Revenue Ops

About the role

HopSkipDrive provides supplemental student transportation, connecting children with vetted caregivers. This role will partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to enhance reporting and analysis. You will utilize AI in your daily workflow to drive efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Provide real-time performance updates against sales targets for Revenue Operations leadership.
• Examine customer journey progression, success rates, and revenue patterns to identify areas for growth and potential customer attrition.
• Develop dynamic financial models for revenue projections and pricing strategies using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.
• Support sales leadership with growth metrics and future outlooks to inform strategic planning.
• Enhance and maintain data models in Snowflake and dbt to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage data product versions in GitHub and automate repetitive manual processes.
• Communicate complex data insights in an understandable way to sales and RevOps stakeholders.
• Create self-service reporting tools for business leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused analyst position at a technology company, with a focus on Sales or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for building reliable data models and troubleshooting issues.
• Demonstrated experience creating complex, dynamic models in Excel or Google Sheets for scenario analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation within a cloud data warehouse environment, such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and reporting.
• Experience building reports and self-service analytics using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Omni.
• Proven ability to use GitHub for version control and maintaining reproducible data pipelines.
• Experience incorporating AI systems, such as Claude, into analytical processes.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000.
• Total compensation includes equity stock options.
