You will work closely with our Chief Medical Officer to refine how hundreds of providers deliver care, develop treatment plans for new skin conditions, and integrate AI into clinical processes. What you'll do

• Design and implement clinical workflows and treatment pathways for various dermatological conditions.
• Oversee and enhance the performance of a large, remote dermatology provider network.
• Develop and manage quality assurance systems, standard operating procedures, and patient escalation processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate clinical needs into platform features.
• Support research initiatives and partner with academic and pharmaceutical organizations.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with an active medical license.
• At least 5 years of clinical dermatology experience treating patients.
• Prior operational experience in a large dermatology network, management consulting, private equity, or military with an MBA.
• Proven ability to establish clinical systems, standard operating procedures, and quality frameworks, preferably in telehealth or managed care.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to define key performance indicators and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of both high-level strategy and detailed review.

Nice to have

• Experience with telehealth or direct-to-consumer healthcare platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for clinical review or experience integrating AI into care delivery.
• Background in EMR optimization or developing provider dashboards.
• Experience in academic research or pharmaceutical collaborations.
