Honeydew is building a platform to make expert skin treatments accessible globally. This role focuses on expanding our organic presence and fostering patient communities. You will shape how we connect with people online and turn initial interest into lasting engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the organic social strategy and content calendar for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the creative team and on-camera talent to produce engaging organic content.
• Oversee community initiatives, including social media engagement, Discord management, and a patient referral program.
• Organize digital and in-person events to strengthen brand loyalty and support patient acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with paid media and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and shared insights across channels.
• Analyze performance data to guide decisions for organic social, community, and lifecycle marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in growth, organic social, community management, or lifecycle marketing for a consumer or DTC brand.
• Proven ability to manage a specific channel from beginning to end.
• Strong understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram, with experience directing creators.
• Experience building and managing online communities (e.g., Discord, referral programs, Reddit).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building new programs and adapting quickly.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, connecting work directly to growth outcomes.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries.
• Basic video editing skills or general creative understanding.
• Direct experience planning and executing events or activations.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing or CRM, including email/SMS programs and funnel analysis.
