Growth Associate, Paid Media

This role supports our rapidly expanding paid media efforts, ensuring smooth execution of ad campaigns and freeing senior team members to focus on strategy and partnerships. Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the creative brief process, coordinating with editors and reviewing content from videographers.
• Prepare and quality-check ads for launch on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Assist with the external agency partnership, supporting approvals and preparation.
• Generate reports from Meta for creative performance and contribute to funnel analytics.
• Facilitate the ad concept-to-launch workflow, allowing senior staff to focus on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in paid social, growth, or marketing operations for a consumer brand or agency.
• Proven ability to brief effective ad creative for both static and video formats.
• Practical experience with Meta and TikTok Ads Managers, including trafficking, QA, and launching high volumes of creative (75+ unique ads weekly).
• Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced, high-volume brief pipeline.
• Competence in interpreting performance data and summarizing reports.
• Keen eye for detail to catch errors before ads go live.
• Adaptable and proactive, eager to learn quickly and take on responsibility.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of creative, design, or video editing principles.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio.
• Background in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries.
