About the role
As a Lead Revenue Operations Specialist, you will spearhead significant RevOps initiatives, developing solutions and collaborating across departments. You will manage a substantial portion of our technology stack or sales funnel, lead multi-team projects, and guide colleagues on AI-driven work methods. This position requires both strategic thinking and practical building skills to help Homebase scale efficiently.

What you'll do
- Share responsibility for Salesforce, promoting its adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations.
- Administer and implement our Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack, building scalable connections between systems and processes.
- Design and develop technical processes and frameworks for forecasting, capacity planning, and GTM performance.
- Lead cross-functional RevOps projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance.
- Help define the roadmap for data visibility and reporting, working closely with business leaders.
- Clarify RevOps initiatives, ensuring strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with other RevOps team members and instruct GTM stakeholders on using AI to refine workflows.
- Advise on funnel strategy, suggesting improvements to increase conversion and velocity.
Requirements
- 5 or more years in Revenue Operations or a similar GTM operations role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including designing scalable processes and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to scope and lead end-to-end projects with cross-functional partners.
- Proven ownership of a significant part of a revenue funnel or technology stack.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities clearly.
- AI fluency, comfortable managing GTM AI tools and using AI to streamline RevOps workflows, and coaching others on AI-enabled methods.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills across teams.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks & Omni, or equivalent BI/analytics platform experience.
- Familiarity with GTM tools and their integration with the broader tech stack (e.g., Talkdesk, Calendly, Mogli).
