Sr Manager, Continuous Improvement

About the role

This role serves as a strategic leader within the National Continuous Improvement team, focusing on process optimization across our fulfillment network. You will manage multi-site projects, drive change, and act as a bridge between corporate strategy and plant-level execution to improve operational efficiency.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Analyze fulfillment scorecards and KPI data to identify network and site-level improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement structured project management approaches, including establishing project charters and baseline success metrics.
• Oversee process improvements for central portioning, drop zone management, meal bagging, and boxing line production.
• Standardize workflows and scale best practices through the Home Chef Operating System.
• Coordinate communication between corporate stakeholders and plant operations to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Mentor and coach site and corporate CI team members to build organizational capability.
• Manage project portfolios to ensure goals are met within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong background in project management and prioritization.
• Proven experience driving large-scale, high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from hourly staff to executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.

• Academic or professional background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
