Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Continuous Improvement team is seeking a strategist to act as a primary business liaison between our fulfillment centers and corporate leadership. You will assess plant performance, identify operational gaps, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize our production network.

What you'll do

• Execute strategic initiatives using advanced analytics to meet key performance metrics.
• Build and refine production planning tools while automating routine plant knowledge.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to establish expertise and drive operational change.
• Create models to monitor facility capacity, machinery utilization, labor, and production.
• Develop processes to collect, store, and visualize operational data for production teams.
• Partner with the operations technology team to build and implement new applications.
• Identify and quantify improvement opportunities based on fulfillment KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics.
• Completion of a four-year degree, preferably in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and common coding languages.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Scripts.
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders from hourly staff to executives.
