About the role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting enterprise clients with the technical dimensions of their AI and unstructured data projects. Your responsibilities will include developing solution architectures and ensuring that implementations are executed successfully. You will serve as a liaison among sales, product management, and engineering teams, requiring a unique combination of infrastructure expertise, client engagement, and practical technical skills.

What you'll do

• Identify and analyze the technical requirements of clients, ensuring that AI and data initiatives are in line with their business objectives.
• Create and design scalable solutions that can operate across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating complex ideas.
• Oversee proof-of-value deployments, managing the process from initial setup through to successful validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, integration, and security during the implementation phase.
• Facilitate the adoption of solutions in production by providing comprehensive documentation, training, and future expansion strategies.
• Serve as the main technical liaison between clients and internal product and engineering teams, ensuring communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback and technical challenges encountered.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data infrastructure to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your technical skills and knowledge base.
• Assist in the development of best practices and methodologies for implementing AI and data solutions effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, specifically in SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in designing hybrid architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, identity and access management (IAM), routing, and access controls.
• Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance frameworks.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data preparation processes, and compliance requirements.
• Previous experience working remotely is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in supporting industries with strict regulations, such as healthcare, fintech, or insurance.
• Skills in scripting or automation, particularly with languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices, including tools like Terraform or similar.
• Exposure to data classification systems or large-scale analytics platforms would be beneficial.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Knowledgeable in on-premise storage systems and hybrid infrastructure setups
• Familiar with IAM and enterprise security frameworks
• Competent in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Experienced with collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
