About the role
This leadership position manages the unified operating system for the Product and Technology departments. You will report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer to streamline workflows, eliminate organizational friction, and ensure high-level execution across the company.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and manage an integrated Product Development Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Direct annual and quarterly planning cycles to ensure synchronization between Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Manage the Technical Program Management organization to oversee complex, cross-functional projects.
- Establish frameworks that allow for both long-term innovation and immediate delivery requirements.
- Oversee the strategy, vendor management, and implementation of AI-driven productivity tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within Engineering Operations, Product Operations, or Technical Program Management at high-growth tech firms.
- Demonstrated success in designing organizational systems that maintain speed and discipline.
- Experience managing large-scale planning processes for organizations with hundreds of employees.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, including restructuring or merging teams.
- Strong communication skills for partnering with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders.
- Interest in modernizing developer and product manager experiences through AI and tooling.
