Join hims-and-hers as a Senior Technical Sourcer to significantly grow our Engineering and Product Management teams. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines for roles ranging from senior individual contributors to director-level leaders. What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for engineering and product management positions.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create and maintain talent maps and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
• Utilize data to track sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Employ generative AI tools like Claude to enhance outreach personalization and streamline research processes.
• Design and implement outbound candidate outreach campaigns, monitoring their success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical sourcing, covering engineering and product management roles.
• At least 2 years of experience sourcing for senior leadership positions (Senior Manager through Director+).
• Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines for various engineering disciplines (e.g., full stack, backend, platform) and product management.
• Proven ability to develop research methodologies to discover diverse talent pools.
• Experience using data and metrics to refine sourcing approaches and communicate findings.
• Expertise in managing the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact to long-term relationship building.
• Familiarity with using AI tools, such as Claude, for task automation, personalized communication, and research.
• Proficiency with sourcing and applicant tracking systems, including Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Gem.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting and a collaborative approach.
