Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy production systems within complex code environments.
- Proficiency in Python, with backend or fullstack expertise in at least one of: Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Go, React, TypeScript, or mobile development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL databases.
- Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic concepts, including prompt engineering, tool integration, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), context management, performance evaluation, and agent orchestration using frameworks like MCP or LangChain.
- Capacity to quickly become proficient in new codebases and technical domains.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience using LLMs to extract structured information from unstructured data sources like transcripts or documents.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Temporal.
- Knowledge of process mining or workflow analysis techniques, including event logs and process discovery.
