What you'll do

• Serve as a vital member of the operations and support team, dedicated to patient satisfaction.
• Respond to customer questions via email and chat, covering Hims & Hers products and general inquiries.
• Maintain high standards for productivity and quality in all customer service interactions.
• Utilize various customer service tools and platforms to provide efficient support.
• Become an expert on all Hims & Hers products and services.
• Drive key performance indicators to foster continuous improvement within the operations team.
• Analyze data, such as turnaround times and patient feedback, to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with CX leadership to streamline operations and improve the patient journey, optimizing patient interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
• Ability to clearly and empathetically convey information.
• English proficiency is essential for regular communication with English-speaking clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders outside Quebec. This includes responding to inquiries, collaborating with international teams, and reviewing English-only documentation.
• Capable of balancing detailed work with efficient execution in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to positively impact the Canadian healthcare system.
