Key facts
What you'll do
- Offer strategic guidance and analytical support to Product and Marketing leaders, influencing roadmaps and investment choices with data.
- Lead the strategy for experiments across product and marketing initiatives, including test design, defining success metrics, estimating required sample sizes, setting guardrails, and interpreting results.
- Employ causal inference techniques, such as difference-in-differences and propensity score matching, to understand the true drivers of metric changes.
- Collaborate with Data Science to contribute to predictive models for churn, lifetime value, and conversion likelihood, directly informing product and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the analysis of conversion funnels from beginning to end, identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing underlying causes, and working with Product and Category teams to implement improvements.
- Evaluate the performance of paid channels including SEM, Social, and CRM, translating findings into actionable recommendations for investment and optimization, supporting incrementality and attribution analysis.

- Utilize Python or R alongside SQL to build adaptable analytical solutions and modeling outputs that go beyond standard reporting.
- Develop clear Looker dashboards to make data accessible and empower self-service for Product and Marketing teams.
- Segment users based on demographics, behavior, and psychographics to personalize product experiences, communication flows, and marketing efforts.
- Promote data quality, thorough documentation, and consistent delivery standards, while also mentoring junior analysts.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicator frameworks and measurement plans for new features and projects.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to address critical business questions, quantify potential opportunities, and propose concrete actions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests within product or marketing contexts.
- Experience contributing to predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, conversion propensity) using Python or R, in partnership with Data Science.
- Substantial experience collaborating with data engineering teams and working with production data pipelines.
- Proficiency in data modeling and statistics, with a strong understanding of experimental design and statistical inference.
- Experience applying causal inference methods beyond basic A/B testing, such as quasi-experimental approaches or observational study designs.
- Familiarity with subscription business models and associated metrics, including conversion funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and churn.
- Practical experience with marketing analytics, including paid channel performance, CRM analysis, incrementality testing, or attribution modeling.
- Expert-level SQL skills and advanced proficiency with Looker or Tableau.
- The ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
- Proven ability to shape and influence product and marketing strategy, not just perform analysis.
- A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA), media mix modeling (MMM), or incrementality testing methodologies.
- Experience with price testing and modeling price elasticity.
- Familiarity with telehealth concepts or subscription-based healthcare models.
