About the role
Highbeam is seeking a Solutions Engineer to facilitate customer onboarding and product integration. This role involves bridging the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth setup and adoption process for our financial platform. You will apply technical understanding and a customer-focused approach to guide new and expanding clients.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the onboarding journey for new and existing customers, ensuring a confident and successful transition from setup to full use.
- Guide clients through various integrations, including banking, capital, cards, bill payment, and intelligence features.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve handoff procedures.
- Develop and refine onboarding processes, documentation, and checklists to support company growth.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, keeping clients informed and assured.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex workflows into clear, actionable steps.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across different teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts and build trust with finance and operations leaders.
- A process-oriented and detail-focused individual with excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- A quick learner capable of understanding APIs, integrations, and financial systems.
- Adaptable and collaborative within a fast-paced, startup environment.
