• Design and optimize systems that facilitate production readiness, manage material logistics, and oversee inventory control.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in designing and implementing logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing systems.
• A proven history of successfully integrating technology and processes to address complex operational challenges.
• Extensive knowledge of material flow, production support, inventory management, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating across operational and technical divisions to deliver large-scale projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Previous experience in the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy or fusion technology.
• A master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
