About the role
Heartbeathealth is seeking a skilled professional to conduct on-site transthoracic echocardiograms for our patients. This role functions as a key part of our clinical services team, bridging the gap between our virtual care model and direct patient interaction.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute full transthoracic echocardiograms autonomously
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and speed during diagnostic exams
- Adhere to established clinical protocols to guarantee data accuracy
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and periodic training sessions
- Travel to various sites throughout the week to provide diagnostic services
Requirements
- Active Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification via ARDMS or CCI
- Completion of an accredited 2-year degree program in Ultrasound Technology, Nursing, or Allied Health
- Minimum of 2 years of professional clinical experience
- Proven ability to manage patient exams independently
- High level of proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional bedside manner
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Studycast platform
