Member of technical staff (Infrastructure)

About the role

H is building agentic AI to automate complex tasks and expand human potential. As a member of the infrastructure team, you will provide the foundational systems that allow our researchers and engineers to develop models and agents efficiently.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Architect and oversee the systems supporting model training, data pipelines, and inference.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure for our agent platform, including client-facing APIs and runtimes for multi-tenant and on-premise deployments.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive observability and monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Strong programming skills in a modern language, specifically Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Background in MLOps or data engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CDK.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
