Member of technical staff (Infrastructure)

hcompany is building agentic AI to automate complex tasks and expand human capabilities. This role supports the fundamental infrastructure that powers both research and product development. You will contribute to the core systems enabling the next generation of AI.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and manage infrastructure for model and agent development, including training, data pipelines, and inference.
• Oversee infrastructure for product engineering, supporting client-facing APIs and agent runtimes in various deployment environments.
• Establish and maintain strategies for system observability and monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, preferably Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Background in ML Ops or Data Engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems on public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK or Terraform.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Github Actions, Gitlab CI, or TeamCity.
