Key facts
What you'll do
- Schedule interviews quickly and effectively to provide a top-tier candidate experience.
- Maintain existing recruiting software, including configuration, user training, and creating documentation.
- Identify and implement improvements for scheduling, recruiter workflows, and overall recruiting operations.
- Ensure the integrity of recruiting data through regular audits, trend analysis, and dashboard creation for informed decisions.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics.
- Assist team members with technical support and troubleshooting for recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to improve system integrations, functionality, and overall operational efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, and other teams.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in recruitment coordination or operations within a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby or Workday, and other HR technologies.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications, including Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- A strong ability to solve problems, especially concerning system management and process improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, the capacity to multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A high standard of professionalism and discretion.
