About the role

Hadrian builds autonomous factories to accelerate the production of aerospace and defense hardware like rockets and ships. We are seeking frontend engineers to develop the software systems that manage our manufacturing operations and robotic infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship software applications across our various product lines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing experts to define product requirements and improve existing workflows.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and operators to advance our factory technology.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript and frontend development, specifically with React and state management.
• Experience with API design using REST and gRPC.
• Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain fullstack applications within a modern web environment.
• Commitment to high code quality and maintainability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.

Nice to have

• Strong product intuition and experience engaging directly with users.
• Design skills that allow for high-level execution with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with backend languages such as Go, Python, C#, or C++.
• Background in 3D environments, CAD/CAM software, data visualization, or video game development.
• Proven track record of deploying high-performance web applications.

• Salary: $120,000 - $300,000 per year.
