Sales Development Representative, Enterprise EMEA

About the role

HackerOne is looking for a motivated sales professional to drive new business within the EMEA region. You will work alongside account executives and marketing teams to identify and engage large-scale organizations through strategic outbound efforts.

What you'll do

• Complete a training program covering cybersecurity, platform knowledge, and modern sales techniques.
• Partner with account executives to run account-based outbound campaigns.
• Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize communication, and boost productivity.
• Manage sales data and workflows via CRM and engagement platforms to track performance.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings and build pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.
• Adapt to changing market conditions and messaging strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound prospecting, such as an SDR or BDR role.
• Proven track record of cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Strong writing skills for crafting personalized outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce or Outreach.

Nice to have

• Prior experience selling SaaS or cybersecurity products.
• Experience with account-based prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• History of exceeding sales activity or pipeline quotas.
• Professional fluency in German.
