HackerOne is seeking a Global Benefits Senior Manager to lead the development and management of our worldwide benefits programs. This role involves shaping a competitive and consistent employee experience across all regions. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to create scalable, compliant, and data-driven benefits that support our global workforce.

What you'll do
- Direct the strategy, oversight, communication, and ongoing enhancement of HackerOne's global benefits programs, ensuring a competitive employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to automate benefits administration, improve self-service options, and use AI tools to boost efficiency and employee experience.
- Guide benefits programs through organizational growth, regulatory shifts, acquisitions, and international expansion, keeping employees informed.
- Analyze utilization data, employee feedback, market benchmarks, and cost trends to suggest improvements for program design and vendor performance.
- Lead global benefits renewals, annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and vendor management, working with brokers to secure competitive programs.
- Act as the primary owner for all global employee leaves of absence, including disability, parental leave, FMLA, and regional statutory programs, in partnership with third-party administrators.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and People Operations to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate benefit configuration in Workday.
- Simplify benefits processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and design scalable solutions for HackerOne's expanding global workforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of increasing experience in administering and improving employee benefits programs within a fast-paced global organization.
- Proven experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries and working with international brokers and vendors.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA) with some exposure to international benefits compliance.
- Experience leading employee leave programs, including disability, parental, and statutory leave administration.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, renewals, performance, and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills, with a history of using benefits data to improve programs and influence decisions.
- Experience partnering across departments with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal, and People teams.
- Experience administering Workday Benefits and supporting benefits audits and regulatory reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience designing or scaling global benefits strategies in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- CEBS, CBP, SHRM, WorldatWork, or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading global benefits harmonization projects during rapid organizational growth.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve HR or benefits operations.
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or international entity expansion.

- This is a remote role, but candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of Washington, DC, Austin, TX, or Boston, MA.
