Vice President - Product Portfolio Manager

In this leadership position, you will play a crucial role in driving product innovation and enhancing customer value. As the Portfolio Manager, your focus will be on delivering new product offerings and managing updates for CoBranded credit cards in collaboration with partners.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and uphold a strategic roadmap for CoBrand partners that aligns with overall business goals and market dynamics.
• Engage in discovery initiatives to identify customer needs and incorporate them into the product development roadmap.
• Maintain a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap while addressing partner requirements.
• Develop a framework to monitor the health of the product roadmap.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partner teams, product teams, technology, and operations to ensure shared objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with partners.
• In-depth understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Proven experience leading all phases of the product life cycle, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements gathering, and value management.

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with the financial services sector and its regulatory framework.
• Background in managing partner or client relationships and expectations.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and market trends.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
