What you'll do
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for AI-powered process transformation across various enterprise functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and enhance intelligent automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and client experiences.
- Ensure that all solutions are secure, scalable, and ready for production by collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
- Identify opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, and agentic architectures to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear manner to influence senior executives and drive organizational alignment.
- Establish metrics to measure success, including productivity improvements, cost savings, and enhancements in client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Economics, or a related area.
- Approximately ten years of experience in technical product management, program leadership, or delivery of AI-driven platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI, agentic architectures, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, and APIs.
- Proven experience in operationalizing enterprise-level AI systems, ensuring security and reliability standards are met.
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership and align various stakeholders within large organizations.
Nice to have
- Background in regulated industries.
- Experience with AI solutions in Big Tech or Fortune 500 companies.
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or specialization in Generative AI.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks, metadata retrieval systems, AI lifecycle management, and performance metrics.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities and experience in change management.
Practical notes
BNY offers a competitive salary range for this position, expected to be between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, based on experience and location.
