Senior Director, POM Product Management Manager

About the role

BNY is hiring a Senior Product Manager at the Director or Senior Director level to spearhead digital asset initiatives within their Corporate Trust Structured Debt Platform. This role focuses on building and scaling tokenized asset solutions and digital infrastructure for securitization and structured finance.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the product strategy for digital asset securitization, including blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenization.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept and business case development to market launch and scaling.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Digital Asset and Product Innovation teams to integrate digital servicing workflows.
• Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and technology departments to ensure governance and operational readiness.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and performance KPIs for new digital offerings.
• Lead cross-functional agile pods to deliver platform features and drive client adoption.
• Create go-to-market and commercialization plans for new digital asset capabilities.
• Influence senior leadership to secure investment and alignment on strategic product goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of taking greenfield products from concept to commercial scale.
• Direct experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contracts in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in agile environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build new business capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across operations, risk, and legal teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of securitization and structured finance markets, such as ABS, MBS, CLOs, and private credit.
• Experience owning or influencing product P&L, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
