Founded and operationalized a street-food venture in Jaipur focused on affordable nutrition, low-waste consumption, and last-mile food distribution, serving 1,000+ customers across urban locations. Built a transparent, farmer-direct supply chain sourcing 100% pesticide-free grains and pulses from 2 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) and 5 individual local farmers, eliminating intermediaries and improving farmgate returns.

Managed full-stack operations including product development, cost-optimised pricing, supply chain logistics, quality assurance, and customer experience in a lean, bootstrapped setup. Applied systems thinking and design thinking frameworks to model a low-carbon, affordable food system replicable in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities.

Designed and anchored two national innovation challenges — Aahaar Bazaar Challenge and Digital Naukri Challenge — converting research insights on women’s livelihoods and digital work into structured, funder-ready programme frameworks. Co-authored three research publications on women’s entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, digital livelihoods, and rural market access: Eligible but Excluded; Women & the Future of Digital Work in India; and Market Access Pathways for Women-Led Rural Enterprises.

Supported development of ₹50 Cr+ philanthropy and development finance proposals; designed organisation-level Theory of Change (ToC) frameworks for outcome-based financing and funder alignment. Mapped 1,500+ incubators across India to produce data-driven research on inclusive and climate-aligned entrepreneurship; findings informed the launch of Selco Foundation’s Social Impact Fund.

Developed actionable recommendations to strengthen ecosystem linkages between incubators, development funders, and grassroots women-led enterprises, contributing to ecosystem capacity building across underserved geographies.

Collected and analysed quantitative and qualitative data from 1,500+ incubators in India; produced research on inclusive and climate-aligned entrepreneurship ecosystems with a focus on marginalised and women entrepreneurs.

Led India’s Startup20 engagement under the G20 Presidency — facilitated policy consensus among 20+ countries to draft a landmark international startup policy communiqué, directly shaping India’s global innovation diplomacy.

Co-designed an Incubator Assessment Framework with the World Bank and IIT Delhi; contributed to early-stage State Innovation Mission (SIM) pilots and the ‘CSR through Innovation’ national initiative. Authored a deep-tech startup playbook and a corporate innovation guidebook to help companies channel CSR and philanthropy into structured startup incubation and acceleration programmes.

Led multi-stakeholder engagement across government bodies, bilateral agencies, corporates, academic institutions, and ecosystem partners to coordinate national innovation strategy and programme delivery.

Engineered a personalised event-recommendation algorithm using Python, TF-IDF, LDA, logistic regression, and collaborative filtering — improving search relevance, attendee-event match accuracy, and reducing fraudulent event listings on the platform.

Analysed historical event data and marketing trends using machine learning techniques to identify content opportunities, improve event tagging, and generate strategic product insights for the leadership team.

Designed the activity-tracking architecture and database schema for Xpresso.ai, a personalised e-commerce AI chatbot; built wireframes and data pipelines to improve chatbot query analysis, user personalisation, and recommendation accuracy. Built a data-driven price recommendation engine for US retailer HyVee using Multiple Linear Regression and Price Elasticity modelling; delivered a proof-of-concept that directly informed client pricing and discount strategy.

Bridged the product, data, and commercial teams; defined product requirements, managed sprints, and ensured data science outputs were translated into actionable business decisions.

Co-founded a cloud-storage aggregation startup linking users’ Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and iCloud accounts into a unified, encrypted, scalable storage platform; secured angel funding and built a team of five.

Designed ‘Bucket’ — a Social Cloud Sharing Platform — applying internal IP and market research; selected for Cisco Launchpad and applied to Y Combinator as part of the incubation and growth strategy.

Joined as the 8th employee and built the operational backbone of a high-growth food-tech startup — designing hub-and-spoke logistics, vehicle routing optimisation, and automated live reporting using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets. Resolved complex last-mile logistics challenges including geospatial data scraping, delivery zone mapping, and real-time tracking infrastructure; established training programmes for 1,000+ delivery executives.

Contributed to enterprise sales of Point-of-Sale software to clients including Barbeque Nation and TGI Fridays; played a central role in scaling the company from its first deliveries to 10,000+ daily orders across six cities within 18 months.

Built Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Prediction, and Social Media Analytics models for TCS’s Analytics & Insights division; contributed to patent development and designed client-facing proof-of-concept models for enterprise data science offerings.

Developed new analytical capability offerings for the Analytics division; created demo models to support business development with enterprise clients in banking, retail, and telecom sectors.
