The roles within the organization included managing and coordinating with Atal Incubation Centers, collaborating with partners for enhancing India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, and overseeing IT Computing cell to manage the websites and dashboards for AIM. Actively supervised and engaged with the 50+ partners having MoUs and sought out new potential partners to enhance India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, Created processes and structures to work with the stakeholders. Worked with the Atal Incubation Center (AIC) team, managing grants totaling ₹315 crores for 68 incubation centers. Personally oversaw the allocation of ₹25 crores to 12 centers and established monitoring systems to support over 3000 startups. Established Startup20 during India's G20 presidency, leading efforts in global cooperation. Managed the 'CSR through Innovation' project and initiated the State Innovation Mission in partnership with NITI Aayog.

Leveraged data science techniques to build products, generate strategic insights, and analyze historical event data and marketing trends to recommend better topics and improve search functionality with event tagging. Engineered a search algorithm for personalized event suggestions using Python, Logistic Regression, TF-IDF, LDA, and Collaborative Filtering.

Designed the activity tracking architecture of Xpresso.ai, a personalized e-commerce chatbot, Developed wireframes and database schema to improve chatbot query analysis and recommendations. Collaborated with the sales team to build a proof of concept for pricing and discount mechanisms for a US retailer(HyVee). Contributed to a data-driven price recommendation engine using Multiple Linear Regression and Price Elasticity models

Co-founded CloudBrew, a startup with a team of five, aimed at linking users' cloud storage accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud) to create a combined, scalable, efficient, and encrypted storage system. Led team formation and explored avenues for product growth, securing funding from angel investors. Designed 'Bucket - A Social Cloud Sharing Platform' using internal IP technology and market research for public storage products. Applied for startup incubation programs, including Cisco Launchpad and Y Combinator.

Joined Opinio in its early stage as the 8th employee and contributed to revolutionizing the food-tech sector. Assisted in selling Point-of-Sale software to major clients like Barbeque Nation and TGIT and established training programs for over 1000 delivery executives. Expanded startup operations with a small team, achieving full operational capacity within a month. Developed and implemented operational standards and frameworks, including automated live report generation using Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL, and Python. Resolved complex logistical issues, including data scraping, hubs and sub-location planning, automated delivery tracking, reporting systems, and vehicle routing problems. Played a key role in scaling the startup from its first deliveries to 18,000 daily orders across six cities, gaining multifaceted experiences in a short duration.

Gained certificates on data science tools and techniques through Coursera, Kaggle competitions, and on-job training. Developed models for Customer Lifetime Value, Churn/Attrition Rate, and Social Media Analytics. Built new capabilities for TCS Analytics & Insights division by creating client offerings, designing demo models, and developing patents using cutting-edge data science tools and techniques.
