What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Gssi's geospatial technology solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our products and services effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions to improve service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product functionality and support services.
• Assist in the implementation of new software features and updates, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent Gssi and showcase our innovative solutions to potential clients.
• Provide technical support for product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the unique capabilities of our offerings.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of all inquiries.
• Create and deliver reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Geospatial Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or application specialist role, preferably within the geospatial or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, including GIS software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and track interactions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
