What you'll do
- Monitor the maturation of new city markets using performance indicators.
- Track growth in property supply and metrics for demand generation and conversion.
- Create analyses and diagnostics to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
- Develop executive dashboards and reports for leadership tracking.
- Convert data into practical recommendations to support business decisions.
- Manage and track key performance levers, measuring their impact and suggesting adjustments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to track new city market development through performance indicators.
- Experience monitoring supply growth and demand generation/conversion metrics.
- Skill in building analyses to identify opportunities and growth levers.
- Capable of developing dashboards and executive reports.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience managing performance levers and proposing adjustments.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams on strategic initiatives.
