About the role

You will drive operational projects from conception to completion, ensuring leadership has the data required for decision-making. This role requires building new processes and monitoring systems in areas where structure does not yet exist.

What you'll do

• Manage multidisciplinary projects by defining problems, structuring viewpoints, designing solutions, and executing implementation.
• Develop quantitative models, including pricing structures, projections, and scenario simulations.
• Oversee the PMO process by tracking roadmaps, managing dependencies, and ensuring priority initiatives progress.
• Establish and monitor governance indicators to track business performance.
• Extract data to generate insights and translate findings into practical recommendations for leadership.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide operational visibility.
• Facilitate planning routines and recurring team processes to maintain execution rhythm.
• Partner with legal, commercial, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Background in business analysis, project management, or strategy, with experience driving initiatives from start to finish in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with datasets, perform complex quantitative analysis, and present clear insights.
• Builder mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and create processes from scratch.
• Experience with PMO functions such as roadmap control, deadline management, and delivery tracking.
• Communication skills to influence stakeholders across different functions.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.
• High level of autonomy to work independently without micro-management.
