Your work will focus on foundational systems to ensure they are scalable and drive engagement. You will also lead the development of productivity tools to simplify daily tasks and accelerate new business.

• Lead the strategic direction for broker-facing products, focusing on core experience and foundational systems.
• Develop and enhance productivity tools to streamline broker workflows and improve performance.
• Drive operational growth by expanding the broker base and maximizing their output.
• Navigate complex incentive structures and cash flow challenges, using data to refine models.
• Act as a mentor for other Product Managers and a strategic partner to Operations and Engineering leadership.
• Ensure our value proposition for brokers is highly competitive and efficient in the market.

Requirements

• Significant and proven experience as a Product Manager in technology companies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with both platform scope and a customer-centric approach.
• Background in AI projects or products.
