About the role

You will lead the development and optimization of our Salesforce-based process platform, focusing on critical business operations like contract terminations and sales workflows. This role involves guiding architectural decisions and supporting our transition to Salesforce Service Cloud to improve operational efficiency. You will act as a technical authority, ensuring our solutions remain scalable while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL processes.
• Design and maintain automations including flows, triggers, and process builders.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Perform requirements analysis and contribute to high-level solution architecture.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Guide technical leadership in managing external consultancies to maintain architectural standards.
• Influence technical direction and raise engineering standards through code reviews and pattern establishment.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure platform scalability and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, specifically with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Experience with system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with queue systems such as SQS or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools like SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, and Metadata API.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English for documentation, coding, and cross-border communication.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
• Experience with MuleSoft or Tableau CRM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
