About the role
This seed-stage startup is developing an AI-native platform designed to automate enterprise IT, security, and endpoint operations. You will lead research efforts to create autonomous systems capable of reasoning through complex infrastructure to resolve technical issues independently.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect autonomous systems that learn and adapt to enterprise environments.
- Translate advanced research into functional, production-grade AI tools.
- Design reasoning engines to identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
- Lead the technical direction for AI-driven security and IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in machine learning and complex systems.
- Experience in at least one of the following: AI infrastructure, agentic systems, program analysis, distributed systems, or operational intelligence.
- Proven ability to build and scale production AI systems.
- Background in leading technical research teams.
- Capacity to navigate the high ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working within a startup environment.
