About the role

Join the Data Experience team to build and enhance Greenhouse's analytics platform. This role focuses on developing new features and maintaining existing products, ensuring high technical quality across the application stack. You will contribute to a collaborative environment, delivering critical functionality for users.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop new features for the core Analytics platform, aligning with company goals.
• Maintain and improve current Analytics products, focusing on availability, speed, and UI responsiveness.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, product designers, and the Data Platform team from concept to deployment.
• Write thorough automated tests, participate in code reviews, and help improve overall code quality.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools and modern developer workflows to increase efficiency and improve development experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering production TypeScript and React applications.
• 1+ years of direct experience building data-intensive applications or dashboards where performance, UI responsiveness, and state management are key.
• Demonstrated history of producing clean, maintainable code with extensive automated test coverage.
• Comfortable and skilled in using AI-assisted/agentic coding tools in daily development.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a remote, distributed setting.

• Experience with Duckdb.
