About the role
Greenhouse is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will bridge the gap between technical development and business needs, creating software solutions that enhance productivity across our customer growth and success functions. You will be instrumental in building and scaling internal web applications that serve multiple teams.

What you'll do
Develop and enhance new features for our internal web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
Construct, verify, and maintain reliable data pipelines and automated connections between key revenue systems like Salesforce and Gong.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders in Sales Development, Account Executive, Account Management, and Customer Success to transform their daily challenges into a practical engineering plan.
Assess, refine, and implement AI prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to improve the accuracy and usefulness of data outputs.
Document core technical design choices and create clear operational guides for ongoing system maintenance.
Coordinate with data engineering, security, and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure internal tools integrate smoothly with overall corporate infrastructure.
Requirements
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a dedicated Revenue Engineering position or a highly technical Revenue Operations capacity.
Demonstrate experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or ChatGPT to build and expand applications for internal revenue and customer success teams.
Have software development experience with modern technologies including Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
Possess experience with development and integration infrastructure within Salesforce.
Have practical experience with application architecture using backend-as-a-service (BaaS) and modern hosting platforms like Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, or Render.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical software solutions clearly to non-technical business partners.
Nice to have
Experience with deep technical familiarity or custom API integration with tools like Gong and/or Outreach.
Previous professional experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business environment.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.
The annual salary range for this position is $128,300 to $180,000, with compensation determined by candidate experience and qualifications. Potential for additional compensation through stock options, bonuses, and merit increases. Sales commissions may apply based on the applicable plan.
