This role involves leading the technical consulting team within Professional Services, overseeing the strategic direction and delivery of technical solutions. You will guide the team's evolution from pure consulting to building, hosting, and maintaining custom integrations for a global customer base. A key aspect is driving the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate integration development.

What you'll do

• Lead and expand a Technical Consulting team focused on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integrations.
• Promote the use of AI across the team to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and meet customer demands.
• Define technical standards and best practices, and make decisions regarding internal development versus external partnerships for solutions.
• Enhance the team's technical capabilities and manage the onboarding and certification of System Integrators to maintain quality.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams on connector roadmaps and assess the technical feasibility of custom builds.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to define the scope of integration work for new and existing clients.
• Handle critical technical escalations, resolving issues for customers and partners promptly.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as business needs arise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Practical experience designing or supervising integrations using iPaaS platforms.
• A history of delivering integrations at scale, beyond isolated custom projects.
• Proven ability to implement AI to automate workflows and encourage experimentation.

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
