Senior Manager, Integrations Consulting

About the role

Greenhouse is seeking a leader to guide our technical consulting practice. This role will focus on building and scaling a team that designs, builds, and maintains complex customer integrations. You will also champion the adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and develop new integration capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team responsible for creating, implementing, and troubleshooting intricate integrations using tools like Workato and Kombo.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies within the team to streamline operations and improve output.
• Define technical benchmarks, best practices, and guide decisions on internal versus external development and partnerships.
• Develop the team's technical expertise and manage the onboarding and certification of system integrators.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams on connector development and the technical feasibility of custom solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define integration requirements for new and existing clients.
• Manage and resolve complex technical issues for customers and partners.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration implementation within a B2B SaaS setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in direct people management.
• Practical experience in designing or overseeing integrations with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Kombo, or similar.
• A proven history of successfully delivering integrations at scale, not just individual custom projects.
• Demonstrated ability to implement AI tools to automate tasks and foster a culture of innovation.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science, engineering, or information systems is beneficial.
