About the role
This position focuses on expanding our presence in developing international markets. You will be instrumental in establishing a new customer management function, blending support with account growth responsibilities. The goal is to ensure our Enterprise clients in Latin America successfully utilize our services while managing their contracts and identifying opportunities for expanded use.

What you'll do
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within our emerging market segments.
Serve as the primary internal resource for market insights, informing sales, product, and marketing teams about customer needs and market dynamics.
Develop strategic account plans to identify and pursue growth and upsell possibilities.
Maintain a clear forecast for renewals and expansion opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to clients, sharing expertise on hiring best practices and our product suite.
Cultivate relationships across various levels within client organizations.
Contribute to the refinement and improvement of internal operational processes.
Undertake additional projects as required by business needs.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in a client-facing B2B SaaS role.
Proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
Experience in Enterprise account management or customer success, including responsibility for renewals.
A strong capacity for collaboration and working effectively with other teams toward common goals.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.
The base salary range for this role is $92,430.00 to $120,185.00 annually. Actual compensation will depend on candidate experience and qualifications. This role may be eligible for additional compensation such as stock options, bonuses, and merit increases. Sales commissions may also apply based on the applicable plan.
