We are seeking an Excel Specialist to join our team. This position involves crafting and simulating intricate business scenarios that utilize advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. The role also includes evaluating AI-generated documents and providing insightful feedback to enhance AI models.

What you'll do

• Develop and simulate complex business scenarios that demand expert-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, based on your professional experiences.
• Participate in structured dialogues with a language model, presenting intricate document-related queries and assessing the quality of AI-generated responses.
• Create and evaluate Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx), comparing two AI-generated outputs against established professional standards and selecting the best option.
• Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed preference data to guide AI model enhancements, focusing on quality, accuracy, and relevance to business needs.
• Offer domain-specific knowledge across various industries and business functions, ensuring that the data gathered reflects a wide range of real-world applications.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to ensure clear understanding and actionable insights for the AI training team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Fortune 500 settings, utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for significant business projects.
• Proven ability to create sophisticated models, reports, analyses, and presentations across sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, or retail.
• Experience in business roles like private equity associate, investment banking analyst, junior consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist, with direct involvement in project or deal work.
• Skilled in designing use cases that reflect functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on detail and clarity in providing feedback.
• Familiarity with interacting with language models or crafting long-form prompts for AI applications is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to assess subtle differences in document quality and business relevance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and understanding of their applications in business contexts.
