What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to assess their data landscape and identify opportunities for implementing knowledge graph solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Design and develop knowledge graph architectures tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on knowledge graph concepts, tools, and best practices, fostering a deeper understanding of the technology.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of knowledge graph solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive insights that inform the development of knowledge graphs, enhancing data relationships and usability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation, ensuring the continued success and optimization of their knowledge graph initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in knowledge graph technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to keep them at the forefront of innovation.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of knowledge graph solutions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing relevant certifications and training to enhance your expertise in knowledge graphs and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote knowledge graph solutions through webinars, articles, and other content, positioning Bamboohr as a thought leader in the field.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to represent Bamboohr and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, or related data management solutions.
• Proficiency in graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar technologies, with hands-on experience in data modeling and querying.
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes and APIs.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in teams and fostering a positive client relationship.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or SPARQL is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in relation to data services.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application within knowledge graphs.
• Previous experience in a consulting role, particularly in a technology or data-focused environment.
• Familiarity with ontology development and semantic web standards (RDF, OWL, etc.).
