About the role

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the link between the product vision and the engineering execution within our AI compute software teams. Your responsibilities will include managing product backlogs, shaping strategic roadmaps, and ensuring the timely delivery of systems that encompass everything from silicon-level software to advanced machine learning tools. What you'll do

• Take ownership of and prioritize component backlogs, ensuring that epics and user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Create and sustain detailed roadmaps that are aligned with overarching product objectives and timelines.
• Assist in planning activities for sprints and program increments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and potential trade-offs to mitigate issues before they escalate into blockers.
• Lead discussions that foster clear decision-making and drive towards tangible outcomes.

Requirements

• A solid background as a Product Owner or in a similar agile delivery role, demonstrating relevant experience.

• Experience in developing, communicating, and executing product roadmaps that drive results.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on intricate systems that involve cross-team dependencies.
• Strong facilitation skills that help guide teams toward actionable insights and decisions.
• Strategic mindset combined with empathy, providing a supportive environment for team members.
