What you'll do

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, demand planning, or supply chain management in high-scale tech or AI infrastructure.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and planning software such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to present operational data to executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
- Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
