Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, demand planning, or supply chain management in high-scale tech or AI infrastructure.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning software such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to present operational data to executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and their application in tech environments.
