About the role
The role involves planning and executing technical oversight of deliverables while coordinating with multiple development teams and ODM partners in Austin, Texas. The hire will own the integrated project schedules, risks, and execution plans to align product delivery across the program. They will guide hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, BIOS/BMC, signal integrity, thermal, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams through technical topics. The position requires surfacing technical risks early so mitigation strategies reduce potential program impact on schedule and quality. They will support program reviews with focused status reporting and evidence-based data to maintain momentum. The role involves clearing blockers across engineering organizations to ensure project delivery stays on track. Success in this position requires a strong hardware background to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
7+ years of Project Engineering experience or equivalent level is mandatory.
Understanding of digital and mixed-signal electronic systems must be shown.
Experience working with ODMs, contract manufacturers, or external engineering partners is required.
A strong hardware background is necessary for effective execution.
Technical documentation and communication skills must be clear and precise.
International and domestic travel as needed is required.
Nice to have
Server, networking, embedded, AI/ML hardware, or datacenter platform experience is preferred.
Background supporting NPI and manufacturing ramp activities is valued.
Familiarity with schematic review and PCB design fundamentals is beneficial.
