What you'll do
- Coordinate engineering program activities among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action logs.
- Organize and lead regular program meetings, reviews, and status updates.
- Monitor progress against agreed deliverables and promptly report any risks or delays.
- Support program managers and engineering leaders with planning, reporting, and governance tasks.
- Ensure that actions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide a clear view of program status.
- Assist with resource planning, workload tracking, and coordination across engineering groups.
- Drive follow-up activities to ensure commitments are met and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of program management processes, tools, and workflows.
- Support the onboarding of new team members into program processes and operating rhythms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and delivery challenges.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience coordinating projects, programs, or operational activities in an engineering, technology, or technical setting.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
- Experience maintaining schedules, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Proficiency with standard project management, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating across distributed teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting hardware, software, semiconductor, or other complex engineering programs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance practices.
- Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
- Understanding of engineering product development lifecycles.
