About the role
This position sits within the GTM Systems team, acting as a technical bridge between Revenue Operations and internal software engineering. You will architect integrations across the go-to-market stack while building internal tools to consolidate workflows and reduce reliance on third-party SaaS products.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect end-to-end integrations connecting Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, Slack, Grafana, and billing systems.
- Design and deploy internal applications to replace commercial SaaS point-solutions.
- Define API standards and integration patterns across the GTM stack.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for integration failures.
- Establish internal development practices including CI/CD, documentation, and code standards.
- Incorporate AI and LLM capabilities to automate repetitive operations and accelerate tool development.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Set technical direction for data modeling and source-of-truth ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on systems integration or internal platform development.
- Expert-level Python proficiency for production code.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models and APIs.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Background in integrating billing or finance systems such as Stripe, NetSuite, or Zuora.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, ETL/ELT patterns, and API design.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Frontend development skills using React or Slack Block Kit.
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or pgvector.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Workato, Prefect, or Clay.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol or AI observability tools like LangSmith.
- Background in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Experience in open source or developer-focused SaaS companies.

Practical notes
- Base compensation range: $174,986 to $209,983.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
- Company provides a budget for AI coding assistants and access to frontier models including GPT-Codex, Claude Opus, and Gemini Pro.
- Global annual leave policy of 30 days per year, including 3 company-wide shutdown days.
