About the role
This role leads the evolution of our marketing data infrastructure and elevates analytical standards across the organization. You will function as a builder-practitioner at the intersection of data science, go-to-market strategy, and AI operations to create a self-sustaining marketing ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Partner with GTM leadership, including the CMO, VP of Demand Gen, and Sales leadership, to translate data into growth roadmaps.
- Architect forecasting frameworks that balance top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality.
- Develop machine learning models for attribution, lifetime value, and marketing mix modeling to optimize budget allocation.
- Manage marketing data schemas within Google BigQuery to ensure a unified source of truth.
- Perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis to isolate anomalies and performance drivers.
- Create executive-level narratives and board-ready presentations based on technical data outputs.
- Deploy LLM-powered agents to monitor datasets and flag funnel quality shifts.
- Implement automated workflows using N8N or custom MCP servers for self-healing data pipelines.
- Build AI-driven scoring models to prioritize high-value user cohorts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or GTM Strategy.
- 2+ years in a lead architect capacity within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
- Mastery of SQL and Python.
- Proven experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic systems using Claude Code, MCP, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in building complex logic and integrations with N8N or custom API orchestration.
- Advanced experience with visualization tools such as Grafana, Looker, or Tableau.
- Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, specifically the integration of Salesforce with product-led data streams.
- Ability to present complex technical findings to executive and board-level audiences.
Nice to have
- Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- MBA or MS in Data Science.

- Compensation: OTE range of $178,503 to $214,203 USD.
- Equity: All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
