Partner Operation Specialist

About the role

You will manage the full lifecycle of partner engagement by balancing community building with operational strategy. This role involves leading workshops, resolving complex issues, and refining internal processes to support our driver and delivery network.

What you'll do

• Conduct partner onboarding, license training, and community events to launch new services.
• Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for incident management and resolve urgent operational problems.
• Address escalated partner concerns through both digital channels and in-person interactions.
• Provide operational recommendations to leadership based on performance metrics and partner feedback.
• Manage administrative documentation and coordinate with internal departments like Payments and Disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience within a tech or business environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve issues.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
